Providing services in the fields of project engineering, construction and contracting, As Yapı was founded in 1990 by civil engineer Haluk Sert.
Over the last quarter of a century, As Yapı has quickly carried its success line to the place it deserves in the construction industry with historical monument renovation, public, hotel and residential, shopping mall and office construction projects. He created projects for international brands of the private sector and the country’s leading educational institutions. During this period, he completed construction projects of various scales at more than 450 construction sites.
As Yapı, which was restructured together with As Group in 2017, aims to develop with projects that create added value, based on livable architecture, compatible with people’s changing living conditions, while designing modern, functional and environmentally friendly buildings of the 21st century, while protecting the urban texture.
